PTA

The PTA (Parent/Teacher Association) is a small group of people whose sole purpose is to raise much needed funds for the school. They achieve this through a variety of events, some for the children and some for families, throughout the year. They are always looking for volunteers to help out! The good thing is that everyone can contribute even if they can only spare a small amount of time. If you join, you do not have to be on the committee or organise events. Instead you may wish to sell tickets, create posters, help with refreshments or just be a contact name in an emergency. The possibilities are endless. Whether you are a new parent or just new to the PTA, it’s a wonderful way to meet others and support your child’s education at the same time. The more members we have the less work there is to do.
